Richard and Jimmy can repair just about any appliance but there are some limits to their miracle work. These are the brands of appliances that they sell and service:

Maytag
Whirlpool
Amana
General Electric (GE)
Kenmore

Note: Stoneback repairs appliances that have a parts replacement cost of under $200.

Stoneback Appliances Come First

While we do accept other repair requests, due to our busy schedule, our repair team puts any Stoneback appliance first on their list.

For GE appliances, repair service depends on the model. As a general rule, if the appliance uses a large computer or control board, we will not work on it.

We also do not repair the following appliance types:

Wall Ovens
Cooktops

Repair Timeline

Repair timeline differs depending on the make and model but this is a good rule of thumb:

2 weeks to inspect
4-5 days to repair, provided we have all the parts in stock

Haul Away

If the repair cost of an appliance is half the cost of a new appliance, it's our professional recommendation that the appliance should be replaced or scraped.
If you buy from Stoneback, we will haul away any appliances that you no longer need.
The haul away is a free service for those who buy a Stoneback appliance.
